Mr. Millsap worked in the construction industry before becoming an optometrist (doctor of optometry). After 12 years in private practice, he became a licensed broker in the state of Colorado and since 2000 has closed transactions in more than 14 states totaling over $100MM.

In October, 2005 Mr. Millsap earned the esteemed CCIM designation, and is always seeking personal investment opportunities in addition to his duties at Symphony Partners.

Michael is married and has two young children. His interests include time with family, travel, martial arts, and music.
